I started going to weekly yoga classes with Trudy almost 4 year ago now.

It has been such a welcoming experience where I can just be myself and leave my worries at the door. Trudy has taught me so much from simple breathing techniques to advanced poses. She offers classes to every person of every stage in every lifestyle.

I can feel my muscle strength has gotten better and I stress less knowing I have yoga with friends to look forward too. Come in open minded and don’t take it 'too seriously', you will stretch your mind and body in the best way.Christie
